Quick Exchange Summary

• Exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery

• No returns or refunds (credit notes only for rare approved cases)

• Custom and personalised items cannot be exchanged

• Item must be unused, unworn, and returned with all tags and packaging

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items qualify for exchange

• Reverse pickup arranged within 24–48 hours (where available)

• If the desired size/product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued

• Credit notes valid for 6 months
