Returns & Refunds policy

1. Applicability of Policy

By accessing or using the THRSHLD exchange portal, or by placing an order on Thresholdclub.in, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Refund & Exchange Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to proceed with any purchase.

We may update or revise this Policy from time to time. Please review this page periodically to ensure you understand the terms applicable at the time of your transaction.

2. Exchange & Return Window

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in this Policy.

Once your request is approved by our team, you will be notified via email. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours, depending on service availability in your pincode.

Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you may be required to ship the item to our warehouse at your own cost. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

After your product reaches us, it will undergo Quality Check (QC). Exchanges or credit notes will be processed only after the product passes QC.

Estimated delivery for exchange shipments is 7–10 working days.

3. Custom-Made & Personalized Products (Non-Returnable)

Custom products, including personalised call signs or made-to-order items, are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.

4. When an Exchange or Return Is Allowed

You may request an exchange or return if:

  • The product does not fit

  • The item or packaging arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • A part of the item or accessory is missing

5. Mandatory Conditions for Exchange or Return

A product is eligible for exchange/return only if:

  • It is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All brand tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • There are no stains, odours, marks, tears, or signs of wear

  • The product is not altered unless proven to be a manufacturing defect

  • The return is initiated under the original order and matches our records

  • Sets or combos are returned as a complete set

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

6. Refunds (Credit Note Only)

We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
For approved returns, a THRSHLD credit note will be issued to your registered email.

  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months

  • They can be used on any future purchase online

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Exchange Limitations

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An exchange for another product, or

  • A credit note for the product value

8. Cancellations
  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled after purchase.

  • COD orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
    Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Product Issues After Use

We offer a 30-day review period for issues such as colour bleeding, print defects, or finishing flaws.
Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

10. Reverse Logistics & Collection

After your return request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you for pickup.
If pickup service is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product to our designated warehouse.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the Policy conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
